Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Taskermate website and mobile application (referred to as "the app" or "our services"). By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

  1. Definitions 1.1 "We," "us," "our," or "the company" refers to Taskermate, the provider of the app and services. 1.2 "You" or "user" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the app.

  2. Acceptance of Terms 2.1 By accessing or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any other policies or guidelines incorporated by reference. 2.2 If you are accessing or using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

  3. Description of Services 3.1 Taskermate is a platform that enables users to post tasks and hire other users to complete those tasks in exchange for money. 3.2 We provide a marketplace for task posters and taskers to connect, negotiate, and complete tasks. 3.3 Task posters can describe the task, set a budget, and choose from available taskers. 3.4 Taskers can browse and accept tasks based on their preferences and expertise. 3.5 Once a task is completed, Taskermate charges a 20% fee based on the task's agreed-upon payment.

  4. User Obligations 4.1 You agree to use Taskermate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 4.2 Task Posters: 4.2.1 You are responsible for providing accurate information about the task and its requirements. 4.2.2 You are responsible for reviewing and selecting taskers based on their profiles, ratings, and reviews. 4.2.3 You agree to pay the taskers the agreed-upon amount for completed tasks. 4.3 Taskers: 4.3.1 You are responsible for accurately representing your skills, qualifications, and availability in your profile. 4.3.2 You agree to complete tasks to the best of your ability and within the agreed-upon timeframes. 4.3.3 You acknowledge and agree that Taskermate will deduct a 20% fee from the payment received for completed tasks. 4.4 Users: 4.4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 4.4.2 You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

  5. Payment and Fees 5.1 Taskermate charges a 20% fee based on the task's agreed-upon payment. 5.2 Task posters agree to pay the taskers the agreed-upon amount, plus the Taskermate fee. 5.3 Taskers acknowledge and agree that the Taskermate fee will be deducted from the payment received for completed tasks. 5.4 Taskermate may use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. Additional fees or terms may apply, and you are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to those terms.

  6. Modifications and Termination 6.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the app at any time without prior notice. 6.2 We may update or modify these Terms from time to
